Accommodation Tariffs
Prices effective 2/01/2012 to 31/12/2012 (includes GST)
Both Homesteads are fully self-contained, whilst guests staying in Cabins and Camper Trailers have shared amenities. Kitchens in all buildings are equipped with a gas stove, fridge, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.
Accommodation rates are based on guests bringing their own linen, food and beverages. We advise guests that parking and security are at their own risk, and we request no smoking inside the accommodation. Pets are not allowed.
Enough firewood has been provided for your warmth and enjoyment during your winter stay (Easter- October 10th) at Mt Barney Lodge. Any extra firewood required can be purchased from the office for $10/bundle. $1.00 from the sale of each bundle will be contributed to funding conservation projects onsite.
- Please bring everything you need for your stay as the nearest shop is 20 minutes drive away.
- No mobile phone reception or public phone available
- Linen hire - $15 per person and includes bed linen and towels
- Meals available by prior arrangement
- Arrival time 2.00 p.m., departure time 10.00 a.m.
- A deposit is required to secure a definite booking.
- Credit may be transferred within 12 months if cancellation occurs, if another booking is obtained for the date cancelled.
- We accept Bankcard, Mastercard and Visa.
- Weekends - 2 night tariff in homesteads, cabins, deluxe camper trailers and the camping ground.
- Long weekend - 3 nights tariff; Easter - 4 nights tariff
Homesteads
- Moringararah sleeps from 4 to 15 guests
- Boolamoola sleeps from 4 to 6 guests
Rate per Four People (incl. GST): $320 per night and $50 each additional person
Function Room hire: $100 per day
Cabins
- Cabins share the facilities of the amenities block.
- Forester's Hut sleeps 2 to 10 guests
- Henry's Hut sleeps 2 to 7 guests
Rate per Two People (incl. GST): $140 per night and $25 each additional person
Deluxe Camper Trailers
Rate per Two People (incl. GST): $90 per night and $15 each additional person
Camping
- We provide for your comfort tiled showers and wash basins with gas hot water, septic toilets, kitchen sink and laundry.
- We advise guests that parking and security are at their own risk.
- Open campfires, picnic tables and bins for rubbish are also available.
Camping fees (incl. GST):
- Adults: $14.00/night
- Children: (3 to 12 years) $7.00/night
- WEEKEND TARIFF: Adult: $28 (This includes 2 nights)
- WEEKEND TARIFF: Child (3-12 years): $14 (This includes 2 nights)
- Day visitors: $5.00 per person
- Easter: 4 night tariff and 50% deposit required
- Long weekends: 3 night tariff and 50% deposit required
Meals
- Continental Breakfast: $15.00 per person
- 2 course dinner: $35 per person
- 3 course dinner: $40 per person
- Groups of 15+ persons meal prices upon request.
Firewood (available for purchase at the office)
- $10 per bundle

Pets
We do not allow pets at our retreat.
