This 2½-day course is aimed at getting all participants to be competent at navigating in difficult and trackless terrains. It includes theory, a navigation-training manual to keep, and multiple walks based from the Lodge to really test out your new knowledge and skills. We will be accessing some of the wilderness areas and potentially navigating through rainforest. The course begins on the first night and has two full days following, and is particularly suited to a weekend.

What to bring: Water bottle, hat, sunscreen, any medication and wear comfortable closed-in

Fitness Requirement: This is a course takes you on walks which require a solid fitness level and the ability to carry a daypack with equipment and personal gear.
