Catering Philosophy
- Catering items are purchased in bulk to avoid packaging
- Items with a large amount of packaging are avoided
- Catered meals include ecologically sustainable meal options such as kangaroo, chicken and vegetarian dishes
- Herbs and vegetables from the permaculture garden are used in our guest’s meals
- Paper plates and plastic forks are strongly discouraged when large functions are held on the grounds
