Catering Philosophy

• Catering items are purchased in bulk to avoid packaging
• Items with a large amount of packaging are avoided
• Catered meals include ecologically sustainable meal options such as kangaroo, chicken and vegetarian dishes
• Herbs and vegetables from the permaculture garden are used in our guest’s meals
• Paper plates and plastic forks are strongly discouraged when large functions are held on the grounds
